店に入ると目の前にパソコンが１台。客はマウスをクリックして「しょうゆ」「塩」などの味、濃さ、脂の量などを５段階で選ぶ。

　ここから先は一部手動。店員が麺（めん）をゆで始めると同時にロボットのスイッチを押す。ゆで上がる４５秒前になると、調合されたスープがベルトコンベヤー上の丼に注がれ、丼は店員の脇でぴたりと止まる。店員が麺とチャーシューやメンマなどを盛りつけ完成。この間、約２分。カップラーメンより早い。中太麺に鶏ガラのだしの利いた昔懐かしい味だ。スープの味は４０００万通り以上になるという。
